Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced two player moves affecting the Double-A Carolina Mudcats.  

RHP Christopher Young has been promoted to Triple-A Albuquerque, while RHP Wes Wilkerson has been assigned to the Mudcats from extended spring training.   The corresponding moves maintain Carolina's 23-man roster.  

ADD:  Wilkerson, Wes (From Extended)

DELETE:  Young, Christopher (To ALB)

Infielder Frank Moore has been reinstated from the disabled list and reassigned to the Jupiter Hammerheads of the Florida State League, while RHP Ryan Baker has officially announced his retirement from baseball.  

The Mudcats roster remains at 23 players ahead of their second game of a five-game series at West Tenn Wednesday night.
