The 2008 season will be my first with the Mudcats and I am looking forward to meeting our fans as they enjoy a game here at Five County Stadium. I was born and raised in Wichita, KS and attended Wichita State University. Prior to coming to North Carolina I worked the last eight years with the Wichita Wranglers (AA affiliate for the Kansas City Royals in the Texas League) and the National Baseball Congress. My favorite pro sports teams are the Chicago Cubs and Bears, Boston Celtics, Nashville Predators and now of course the Carolina Mudcats. My favorite baseball trip was last September when I went to New York and Boston to see the Yankees, Mets and Red Sox play – the highlight of the trip was catching a batting practice ball at Fenway Park. I may not look like it but I have completed nine marathons and look forward to getting number ten in sometime this year. As Director of Operations you will probably see me at one time or another running around the stadium, so please make sure to say hello. I will be the one with the Kansas accent.
