Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced a pair of player transactions affecting Double-A Carolina prior to the Mudcats' homestand opener against the Jacksonville Suns.  

LHP Matt Yourkin has been promoted to Triple-A Albuquerque, while LHP Adam Brandenburg returns to the Mudcats from High-A Jupiter.  Brandenburg is in uniform and will make a spot-start for the Mudcats tonight against the Suns.

DELETE:  LHP Yourkin, Matt (To Albuquerque)
