** Carolina-Jacksonville Postponed Monday **

Jacksonville, FL --- Tonight's series opener between the Jacksonville Suns and the Carolina Mudcats at the Baseball Grounds in Jacksonville has been postponed due to heavy rains.  

A long string of rain extended west to Tallahassee, FL, and showed no signs of easing, resulting in the postponement of the first of a four-game series.  

Monday's rainout will be made up as part of a Wednesday night doubleheader beginning at 6:00 PM ET.  Tuesday's 12:05 PM ET game will continue as scheduled, with a single game making up the series finale on Thursday night at 7:05 PM ET.
