Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced a series of player moves affecting the Double-A Carolina Mudcats of the Southern Leauge.  

LHP Matt Yourkin was assigned to Triple-A Albuquerque following Sunday night's game in Montgomery, but has since been sent back to the Mudcats. 

IF Jamie Athas has been placed on the disabled list retroactive to July 15th with a concussion. 

The Marlins have signed IF Tony Schrager from the Atlantic League's Long Island Ducks, and will be in uniform tonight.  

The Mudcats' roster is at the league limit of 23 players as a five-game homestand with the Huntsville Stars begins tonight at 7:15 PM ET.
