Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced one player transaction affecting the Double-A Carolina Mudcats effective Sunday, July 9th.  

RHP Daniel Barone, who made his Mudcats' debut in Jacksonville on Thursday night, has been reassigned back to the Jupiter Hammerheads of the Florida State League.  

The move leaves the Mudcats with a roster of 22 as the All-Star Break begins. 

Carolina continues its road trip Wednesday night in Montgomery, AL against the Biscuits.
