** Carolina Mudcats Transaction **

Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced that RHP Kevin Cave has been placed on the seven-day disabled list with a left ankle sprain, while adding RHP Christopher Young to the Mudcats' active roster.

 The Mudcats roster remains at the Southern League limit of 24 players ahead of tonight's series opener in Chattanooga, TN against the Lookouts.
