Aguilar Joins Mudcats; Baker Off DL

Zebulon, NC ---  The Florida Marlins have announced a series of player moves affecting the Carolina Mudcats, the Marlins' Double-A affiliate in the Southern League.

Following Sunday's trade for LHP Ron Villone in exchange for Mudcat pitchers Yorman Bazardo and Mike Flannery, the Marlins have reassigned LHP Ray Aguilar to the Carolina roster from Jupiter and reinstated RHP Ryan Baker from the disabled list.

Those moves increase the Mudcats' roster to the league limit of 23 players ahead of Tuesday night's series opener in Chattanooga against the Lookouts.
