Torres Joins Mudcats

Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have announced that RHP Andy Torres has been added to the Carolina Mudcats roster effective Sunday, August 14th.

Torres was 2-1 in three starts with the Jupiter Hammerheads with an ERA of 3.63.  Torres will join the Mudcats for their series-opening doubleheader in Birmingham on Monday.

The Mudcats close out their season series with Tennessee Sunday afternoon at 5:00 PM ET.
